Accountability: an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions.
Today, if you want to grow, there are Christian accountability groups everywhere. We have no excuse anymore.
And frankly, you know what they say: If you're not growing, you're dying. And as a leader, and a Christian leader, we have an obligation to be sharpened, so that we are stewarding our influence well.
Proverbs 27:17 says, "Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." We cannot sharpen ourselves.
